About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Integration Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise integration projects. In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams, oversee the design and development of integration solutions using IBM webMethods, and ensure the successful delivery of secure, scalable systems that support business operations and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project planning activities including defining project scope, creating detailed schedules, allocating resources, and managing dependencies.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, evaluate, and document system integration and functional requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation including system architecture, interface designs, and functional specifications.
- Oversee the design and development of integration solutions using IBM webMethods Digital Business Platform (DBP), ensuring alignment with architectural best practices.
- Coordinate the development of reusable integration components, backend adapters (e.g., JDBC, SAP, MQ), and APIs (REST/SOAP) across teams.
- Ensure integration implementations meet enterprise security standards, comply with API management policies, and align with governance protocols.
- Supervise testing efforts, including unit, integration, UAT, and performance testing to validate solution reliability and performance.
- Manage CI/CD deployments using webMethods ABE and Deployer tools across development, test, and production environments.
- Monitor integration performance and system health using tools such as Splunk and AppDynamics; lead incident resolution and post-mortem analysis.
- Serve as the central point of contact between stakeholders, internal teams, QA, and vendors, ensuring clear communication, issue tracking, and continuous knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Extensive experience in managing enterprise integration projects, particularly with IBM webMethods DBP.
- Solid understanding of system integration principles, API development (REST/SOAP), messaging systems, and data transformation.
- Familiarity with backend adapters (e.g., JDBC, SAP, MQ), and enterprise monitoring tools like Splunk and AppDynamics.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD methodologies, automation tools, and deployment pipelines.
- Experience leading Agile ceremonies and project reporting across multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, resolve complex technical issues, and maintain documentation such as SDS, API contracts, and SOPs.
