Digital Marketing Technology Analyst

We are looking for a technically skilled and analytics-driven Digital Marketing Technology Analyst to join our digital transformation team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between marketing and IT by analyzing digital platforms, optimizing marketing technology stacks, and enabling data-driven campaign performance. You will be instrumental in improving user engagement, digital content delivery, and campaign automation through strategic systems integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate existing digital marketing platforms, tools, and technologies to improve marketing workflows and business process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to design and implement technology solutions for digital campaigns and content delivery.
  • Develop strategic plans for integrating marketing automation and analytics tools into the broader digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Monitor and optimize SEO/SEM performance using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau.
  • Assess campaign data and web traffic trends to identify areas for improvement in user engagement and conversion performance.
  • Configure and manage content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms, ensuring integration with marketing CRMs and databases.
  • Design and troubleshoot technical workflows for publishing content across digital channels including blogs, emails, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain email marketing automation using platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, or equivalent tools.
  • Ensure seamless integration and proper operation of marketing systems, including data quality, synchronization, and automation rules.
  • Collaborate with sales, IT, and marketing stakeholders to align business and system requirements while maintaining detailed documentation and performance reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing with IT focus, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience working at the intersection of marketing and technology, with exposure to digital platforms and data-driven tools.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Tag Managers.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, social media integration, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp).
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and campaign performance metrics.
  • Experience in designing, integrating, and troubleshooting digital workflows across multiple systems and channels.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
