We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative RPA Developer to join our automation team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business operations across various enterprise systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and intelligent automation workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business analysts, SMEs, and stakeholders to analyze automation opportunities and gather detailed process requirements.
- Evaluate existing manual processes across platforms such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, and ServiceNow to determine RPA feasibility.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).
- Design and implement end-to-end RPA solutions using tools like UiPath and Blue Prism across web, mainframe, and legacy systems.
- Configure bots for tasks such as data extraction, form filling, document digitization (using OCR/AI), and transactional validations.
- Integrate intelligent automation components using AI/ML techniques for handling unstructured data and document understanding.
- Create and execute test plans including unit, integration, and system-level testing to validate RPA workflows.
- Identify issues, conduct root cause analysis, and perform exception handling and performance tuning of bot processes.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide regular updates, dashboards, and reports to client leads and project managers.
- Mentor junior RPA developers, contribute to Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and help maintain SOPs and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Hands-on experience in RPA development using UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar tools.
Knowledge of enterprise systems including SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, and ServiceNow.
Experience with OCR tools, AI-based data extraction, and intelligent automation concepts.
Familiarity with QA tools and risk analysis frameworks such as QMS, HAZOP, and FMEA.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
